Monica and Leonard do not publish the names of former clients. After  20 years of service in our area, we have the benefit of repeat business and client referrals which we consider a supreme compliment. Over the years, we have sold the same property two and even three times in Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Claremont--that is to say a client lists with us, the home sells, and a few years later the new owner (in some cases not our client as a buyer) calls us to list their home, which sells! Why? It could be superior service, availability, or simply trust.
